Red Broccoli Orecchiette 

This food is like the pasta with the round shape with a cavity in the middle of it. If it is boiled, this food will be looked like the small ears. The Red Broccoli Orecchiette can be an alternative for your easy vegetarian recipes. In the other side, you can also modify this meal so it can be more delicious and suit with your taste.

The ingredients to make this dish are as follows:

  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 garlics; thinly sliced
  • 400 grams or orecchiette
  • Salt and pepper

How to make:

  1. Take the green broccoli and then boil it in the water that has been mixed with salt before. After it becomes a little bit white, drain and wring to reduce the water. Then, slice it.
  2. Heat the olive oil and then add the garlic and red chilies. After that, cook it until withered. Add the sliced broccoli.
  3. Boil the orecchiette in the water that has been mixed with water until the orecchiette is springy and seasons it as you like
  4. Add the orecchiette to the broccoli sauce and stir it for about 3 minutes
  5. The red broccoli orecchiette is ready to serve.

The Green Nugget

The Green Nugget is like the chicken nugget, but it is made without using any chicken meat or the other animals’ meats. This menu is made with the vegetable and in this case, is the spinach. The green nugget will be really delicious and easy vegetarian recipes that you can try at home.

The ingredients that you need to prepare are:

  • 125 grams of spinach that and slice it in the big size
  • 100 grams of carrots that are grated large
  • 75 grams of flour with the standard protein
  • 100 ml of water
  • ½ onions and finely chopped it
  • 3 garlic and puree it
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper powder
  • Oil to fry

The ingredients to make the sauce:

  • 3 eggs and shake it well
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs

How to make the green nugget:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and stir it well.
  2. Add it into a gunmetal (you can use the size of 18 x 18 x 3 cm). Make sure that you have already used the plastic sheet in the bottom of the gunmetal.
  3. Steam for about 30 minutes
  4. After that, cut the dough and dip it in the eggs, roll into the bread crumbs and repeat this process once again.
  5. Fry until it is cooked and it is ready to serve.
